irfan is on a distinguished road
Powell is not close to OSU, with traffic in the AM the drive can reach 45minutes. not something you want if you will be on home call.

I lived in grandview for 5 years, loved it. my brother went to OSU med and he lived in grandview the whole time, and it was very convenient for him. Grandview is safe, walkable, has the streets you like and very close to OSU. Its also very convenient to get to downtown, 315, and pretty much anywhere in the city. If you havent moved yet, grandview gets my vote, especially since you will be at OSU. you probably wont want a long drive home after the grueling 3rd year days you will have.
