I'd pick Worthington over Westerville in most categories (schools, downtown, shopping, traffic, etc.). Westerville is fine, Worthington is just a bit better (just my 2 cents). For some reason, I've never quite connected with Westerville, but I know people that like it quite a bit. If you have the opportunity, you should check both out.

ok thanks was just looking at the map and worthington seems to be a little too close to the airport for me, university airport, and more parks , lakes seem to be situated a bit nearer to westerville.
Remember i have never been to these places hence all the research , and would like to be around these amenities , so downtown is better in worthington , ok im researching , loking at worthington info thanks again.

The commercial/international airport is Port Columbus, located on the east/northeast side near Gahanna & Whitehall. I wouldn't think of the university airport as being that big of a deal.

I'd pick Westerville. Worthington is nice but about $50,000 more for the same house. Worthington also has a lot more traffic and is more spread out. School districts are comparable but Westerville has lower taxes. WEsterville is contained outside the outer belt so it only has Westerville traffic. It is more of a tight nit community. WEsterville has an award winning parks and rec. department and is located between Easton and Polaris malls without any of the traffic from either. I can get to either mall, downtown or the airport in 15 minutes or under (not during rush hour of course) but have none of the downside of living close to those things. Plus I have a bigger house than I would have in Worthington. Westerville is big on bike trails, trees and green space and is between 2 huge metro parks plus has its own park system so if you like green space it is nice. Worthington is not bad. It is a small town with some big town type of traffic though.
