Default Landlord advice
I will be attending OSU in the fall as a PhD student. I am looking for a one BR or studio near the campus and in a quiet neighborhood. It doesn't have to be the nicest place but I need it to be quiet enough and safe enough for my wife and toddler to visit. Unfortunately, they cannot join me until the summer . At that point we will likely move to a suburb. Right now I need a cheap place that I can study in. I am looking for reputable landlords in the area. Any advice is welcomed.
