Worthington Christian Schools
I was considering enrolling my soon-to-be kindergartener in Worthington Christian Schools but discovered they rehired a sex offender after he apologized and went through spiritual counseling. Now, I'm very much so concerned and wondered has anyone had personal experience with this school and what are they doing to correct this problem from happening in the future. I know that no school is perfect and sex offenders could be in public schools, but to rehire someone after knowing is different. I'm eager to hear more information about this school and their reasoning for doing this. From a concerned parent, thank you.

I think after this highly reported mistake, Worthington Christian is going overboard with their background checks. At this point I wouldn't worry about it.

As a parent of 1 alumni and 1 current student I highly recommend WC. If you have questions go to them directly. I think you will be happy with the safeguards that are now in place for your children and from our families experience you will not find a school where the teachers are more dedicated to the educational, spiritual and emotional well being of your child. Although I wish the past events had not happened and he had not been rehired our school is even safer as a result of this. Two of my children had the teacher in question and he truly was an awesome teacher. However, the fact remains that he should not have been rehired to work with children in the capacity he did. Sin/crime has consequences which lasts beyond the forgiveness in my opinion.

DO NOT attend WCS. Not only are the administrators deceitful but many of the parents are too as we learned. It is a HORRIBLE example to children and those remaining are more concerned with their image than for the student's safety and well being.

We have 14 years of experience with WCS and am completely disgusted with it and with those who remain. The safeguards are a hoax only created after they got caught deceiving and defrauding the parents and students for 8 years with at least two child molesters. Don't be fooled by these fools who remain. These people belong in prison (literally).

It was no "mistake" they merely got "caught" after endangering the students with at least 2 and possibly 4 or more child molesters.

We have 17 years experience with WCS and are completely disgusted with your behavior, betrayed aka Tim. You know nothing about the safeguards as you were no longer a part of the school when all of this happened. Your son had already graduated and is attending a great college. We all know what this is about$$$$$$$$$
ps I could probably write your reply. You say the same thing again and again even when proven wrong and even when no government, regulatory, legal or any other place you can think to file a complain will validate you.
