Horse Boarding Near Ohio State University
Hi, my name is Katie and I am moving near Columbus to attend OSU vet school. I am bringing my Quarter Horse with me. Are there any pasture boarding stables near OSU? I am interested in a full pasture board. (My mare does not like stalls very much). If you have any contact information regarding specific barns for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You're looking at about 15 miles from campus before you get to areas you can board your horse.

Actually thats not true, in fact there are barns on West Campus with fully functioning livestock pastures and fields, but unfortunately these belong to the OSU Agricultural School. Your best, and probably closest bet would be to look in western Franklin County (Hilliard) and Madison County (Plain City, London) all of which are not too terribly long of a drive

Hi! There is a really great barn in Delaware, Ohio just off of Route 23 (Which is High Street) Her name is Mary Workman and she has a great facility. She boards, trains, and has a really nice all-steel barn with some great outdoor arenas!!
Call her 740-363-3029
She has 2 stalls available now (as of 21 Jul 08)

Horse Boarding
I board my horse at the barn off US 23. It is not far from OSU and is easy to get to. It is a nice facility and she does have 2 empty stalls. Check out her web site and give her a call. Majestic Stables
