Default moving to columbus, input about pataskala, licking heights

I am moving next month to columbus and I am currently finalizing on 2 choices: licking heights in pataskala, and pickerington . Can anyone tell me about this areas, I am more concerned with the schools and crime rate and driving distance to downtown columus. Thanks.

Crime is low in both areas. You will have a little more drive time to Pataskala, depending on traffic. (Pataskala is a little farther out, but Pickerington has a lot more traffic coming and going to Columbus during rush hour).

Both are very nice areas. Pickerington is more expensive, however, Pataskala is growing like crazy, so it will probably be just as built up in a few years.
