We need help from any and all native Columbusians! What town has the best (older tudor and colonials) homes in Columbus area? What town is the best for young families? We are coming from out-of-control expensive Northeast and are hoping we can find a bigger and better house in Columbus area. We have kids and are looking for a good Catholic school. Help!
If cost is a concern, New Albany is comparatively new and expensive for Columbus, both in prices and property taxes. Though you can buy a resale for a competitive price, they are not easy to sell when it becomes your turn. They have some less expensive areas, but based upon my discussion with New Albany residents, you will be second class citizens in the community.
