Any feedback on Doctors Hospital?

I've only been to it once - when my hubby dislocated his elbow. They all seemed very nice...

I'm going to be having my baby there...

Looking for good and bad experiences...

Thanks

Default re

I had a job interview there, so my experience is from a potential employee perspective. The units on the hospital look very nice, and the people that I met were very helpful and personable. It's part of the Ohio Health system which is also over Riverside Methodist and Grant as well as a few others, and I think Doctors, Riverside and Grant have acheived Magnet status which is a very honorable award to recieve.-this means basically that it's a great place to work, and when you have happy employees it tends to translate to better patient care. My family in Columbus have high words for Ohio Health, their perspectives as being clients there at times over the years.

You might want to check out the new Dublin Methodist Hospital. Its probably aesthetically the nicest in Columbus, but I don't know about quality care.

I had my son there. Great experience. I liked that you labor, deliver, and stay in one room the whole time - no moving, unlike other hospitals. They were good about my unorthodox birth plan and drug free birth, and were fine with my son never leaving for the nursery - even for checkups, it was all in the room. PM me if you want more info

This was about a year ago, so pretty recent.
