Not all that great...The west side of parsons ave is much better but more expensive...I own several rental properties in the area and lived on Mithoff for 5 years myself..

I agree. I'm a realtor and I can tell you that property values decline the farther East you go. I actually live in Merion Village...just a couple homes outside of German Village and it is amazing how much the values drop just being steps from GV.
