Default Bulen Ave anyone?
Ok. So I found the cutest house on Bulen Ave. It appears to be by some rail yards?? What are those? Is this a bad area?? It's just south of 104 but above 270. It looks so perfect for us and our dogs (one a very large German Shep cross) with a 1/2 acre mostly fenced.

Anyone know how Eureka Ave is also?
