Default Columbus home builders (Dublin)

Hi all,
Looks like we will be in Dublin very soon. Am going there next week to look at houses.
Does anyone have any suggestions for builders--we will be looking at existing homes, 10-20 years old and am hoping to find one that has a good reputation for quality.
I had an M/I years ago but never lived in it long enough to know how it holds up.

Also, we are looking at a home in the Dunmere subdivision and was told that one of the houses had a builder that started with an "N"; all I found was a Newberry but have never heard of them and nothing comes up on my search.

Any thought???

Thanks!!

Default Builders in Central Ohio

The builder is Newbury and you can google it to find the website. To find other builders you can also check out biahomebuilders.com/Membership/regbuild.htm. When purchasing a newly built home it is a good idea to have a home inspection. Brand new homes often have more problems than existing homes. Builders are divided in to two types Those that build neighborhoods and those that are more custom and typically build on a lot you own. You will need to decide exactly what you are looking for in that arena.
