Wilson Hill Neighborhood in Worthington
Does anyone have any experience with the Wilson Hill neighborhood in Worthington?
I have found a home I really like but I'm not 100% sure about the neighborhood.
Things I like - walking distance to downtown, neighborhood parks, central location close to many of major highways.
Particular concerns are the proximity to double railroad tracks and the number of apartments in the Northeast area of the neighborhood. I'm trying to understand how these issues might impact resale value.
Would appreciate any insights.
