I don't know which neighborhoods have great Christmas light decorations - in my opinion, it's hit or miss by street or subdivision, but then again, I have been "out and about" a whole lot lately.
However, Wildlights at the Columbus Zoo is great. Friends recently took their kids to Alum Creek State Park's Fantasy of Lights and they were pretty impressed, so you might check it out.
