Is Columbus Ghetto

Columbus is alright. I live here and I don't consider my part of town a ghetto. We got problems here like pot holes, bad drivers and weird people that stare at you for minutes and on but I haven't seen anything that resembles a ghetto.

How dont you see the crack houses, the gangs hangin out on the corners, the bored up homes, the crack heads, the homeless, the ghetto birds and the crimes going on??? WOW you people are trippin big time THANK GOD we arnt as bad as cleveland but the same shyt happens here like gangs, pimps, hoes, drugs and drive bys.This isnt a "normal" city because most citys only have one really bad side we got 4 NORTH EAST SOUTH WEST OF DOWNTOWN theres nothing wrong with the subs like whitehall are great places to live. WHAT GHETTO ARE YOU PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT???? is it grove city???? haha lol people who post stuff here arnt big time drug dealers or gang members there just people who have no idea about people that are doing these crimes

Mrb69, me and everyone else have already explained this a couple times. Columbus has ghettos and bad areas, but its not like the whole city is ghetto, or even the majority of it. If you actually think Columbus is a really ghetto city then you have probably never left it before except for seeing the suburbs, that must be what you are comparing it to. If you have ever been to some other major citys areas, than you would realize Columbus isnt near bad at all. Also a lot of cities have more than one bad side, and I wouldnt consider areas NSEW of downtown "really ghetto", there are hardly any areas in Columbus that qualify as that. I still dont understand why people are trying to make Columbus look bad, when there is people on here complimenting it and saying its not bad. The majority of Columbus is nowhere near ghetto.
