Default Minerva Park/Westerville

Can someone tell me if Minerva Park is considered part of Westerville? I believe it is in the W'ville school district but don't know if that would include W'ville residency for the Rec Center, Libraries, etc. Is it a good place to raise kids?

I was looking into that area a while back and asked the same thing. Minerva Park is actually considered Columbus but is Westerville schools. From what I have heard it's not too bad of an area.

Minerva Park is not part of Columbus. It is a separate entity. However, it is part of Westerville CSD.
