Default Brookshire Townhomes?
Does anyone know anything about this area and this particular community? I'm considering a 5-6 hour relocation to this area and thought I'd ask about personal experience, if any exist.

That's kind of a shady area of Columbus. The owner even admits on the website that the reason they can afford such low rent is basically because that used to be a bunch of projects.
