Torn2 I moved from GC last Spring and I sold easily, but that was before the financial problems with the school district. Hopefully for you(and everyone) the levy passes in November. If you want to list I have a great agent in town....dm me if you want contact info, and Good Luck to you!!!!

Houses in German Village seem to be moving well.
In the 400 to 500 range even, which is new
