Default Where to Exchange Currency in Columbus

I will be in Italy all summer, and need to secure some Euro for the trip. I bank with National City and they said they don't do that? Does anyone know where i could do this, preferably somewhere that won't charge a huge commission?

Thanks so much!!!

I was able to pick up Euros at 5/3 a couple of years ago before my trip to Paris. I would call the downtown branch to check if they still offer that service. Good luck!

there's a business center/currency exchange inside the airport. I think they just charge whatever the going exchange rate is. Worth a call!

They charge a huge commission. You're probably better off waiting until you go to Italy.

The fee will be large. But I was able to get Euros at the downtown Huntington Bank. Did it once but not again. I find that it's SO easy to exchange money when you arrive at any airport or train station in Europe. Including Italy (I've been there 3 times.) I wouldn change only a little money at the airport or station -- just enough for one day, as you can get a better rate near your hotel or B&B most likely.
