more topics (schools, moving to, air quality)

this is a good forum, i was just wondering if there is more to columbus then just topics that deal with moving to columbus, what towns are the best and things like that, what about threads that deal with real problems and how to correct them, things like issues that deal with kids and how to help correct their problems, our kids are getting fatter by the hour, the schools feed them crap, they have soda and candy machines in the schools, they can get away with whatever they want and so on, our air quality sucks, we like to put on a show a think every thing is just peach clean, don't get me wrong, columbus is a fine city, we are very fortunate compared with most places and i wish we would not take things for granted, i know it starts with the mayor and the others but where is the real unity to make our city really great, i'm any thing but negative but i think people need to get involved with the issues that deal with seniors, kids, health and welfare of all people, when this is done it helps everyone, it takes very little time and effort to make a positive impact on a daily basis.
