So! Last time I was on here I had questions about finding a place in the Bexley area or around it, I think I've found some great stuff in Bexley, two places I'm praying on! BUT, utilities are probably going to be the deciding factor...I'v tried to search online about how much it would cost me, but I haven't had much luck.
I'm getting a one bedroom, it'll just be me living there. I'm really good with conserving energy and water. One place includes water and I have to pay Gas and electric(has central air)and rent is $485. And the other I have to pay gas, electric(central air), water and rent is $525, I know its gonna be cheaper for the other place with water included but I was wondering if anyone could give me an estimate of how much each would cost me with utilities included...
