I'd pick Northwest Blvd and Cambridge Blvd as my favorite driving roads. Although it's not scenic, it goes through the best and most affluent parts of Upper Arlington and Grandview Heights. I almost always take that route through the city on the nice days when I can roll the window down.

This is a good question. I would agree with the driving along Olentangy River Road. However, some of my favorite little roads in Columbus that just seem like country roads misplaced are.

Cooke Road between I-71 and High Street
Sunbury Road between 5th avenue and Easton Town Center.

Other then that, not a whole lot of scenery per se. I still think 315 North from Downtown is very pretty at night with a view of the river briefly and OSU stadium and the entire campus.

I quite like driving down Northwest Blvd, and am lucky enough to be subleasing this summer near the Grandview Kroger right off that road. My commute down to WBNS means I get to cruise the street five nights a week, and it's a very enjoyable drive.

I would just drive down High Street, you get to see a wide variety of Columbus.

I like to cruise around campus and the short north area. :-) For people watching anyway.....

But really, I do this on the motorcycle and in the car, I like to go up 315 cut across at either Home Road or the next main road over to Riverside, then down riverside to Dublin.
