I am transferring to OSU and am interested in living on campus with my kids at Buckeye Village. I need to know if it a safe area/complex and are the specific public schools ok. I have an 11 year old and a 3 year old. Thanks

I have a friend that lives there. She just graduated last weekend from OSU. It's more of a family oriented community. It's not exactly super nice, as it tends to be directed towards single parents. There are a lot of toys and stuff out on back porches and yards. She's never mentioned any crime or anything. However, it is pretty close to OSU. Only a quick bus ride away and you're onto the main oval.
