funfamilyfun is on a distinguished road
Default Shannon Glenn or Muirfield in Dublin
We are between 2 houses in Dublin. Can anyone give me opinions on the different areas?
Muirfield: house is great
Shannon Glenn: location seems better to being in the think of Dublin

Muirfield: bus to school
Shannon Glenn: walk to the high school

Does anyone have an opinion on the general Dublin area of how people feel about living in Muirfield? We are concerned about the location and about resale.

Tough to compare, Shannon Glen is generally a bit newer than Muirfield, but Muirfield has a woods type of atmosphere, more home variety and the golf course. I would probably pick Muirfield, and plan on investing $20-40K in some cosmetic upgrades to the home (kitchen, baths, carpet, floors).

But...that is just my taste.
