Default Where can I find this kind of house/lot?

Ranch or 1 and 1/2 story, 1 acre lot (at least), within 30 min drive to Olentangy River Rd (between Goodale and W 5th). $300K is our limit. Thanks!

Be more specific, although the large lot requirement leads me to think Deleware...

To put it quite frankly, your chances of finding an acre within the outerbelt is pretty slim. The area up around McCoy and Henderson may have the house style you're looking for.

Actually, if you head a little bit west of the beltway you should be able to find something suitable, though the drive might be more like 30-40 minutes.

The areas where to look are West Jefferson and London.

If you go to the National Association of Realtors website, realtor.com, and do a search under zip codes 43162 and 43140, you should see some properties that match your basic requirements.

Default Go outside the outerbelt northeast!

You can also go east/northeast to Johnstown, Utica, and Croton.
The commute will also be 40 minutes or so.
