What would be the point of that?
There isn't any. It's complete pork, but legislators are pushing it through like crazy, especially ones out by Newark where the highway would be (or IS, I guess) St. Rt. 16 that goes back to New Albany and up to Coschton.

A big beneficiary would be the Longaberger Basket Company, primarily to support their "village" they built next to their factory, and any additions they wish to add to that. Coschton would benefit greatly, as well, along with Stubenville and some others locales I forgot to mention.

So yeah, big project.

Gotcha. I assumed as much, but wondered if there was something I was missing.
