I can understand what you're saying, and I agree withwhat your saying, but that's not what I'm on here for, if I thought I could get a job from it, I would care about my grammar, I just need opinions. But you make a good point and now I'm checking how I write. Thanks for judging me!!!

agreed. lol it's funny because it's true... Well I can speak for an experience I had at Mt. Carmel hospital (spelling?) and here is the Gods honest truth, I could have ran that "emergency" room by myself and still been more effective and efficient than the 84 people wandering around with scrubs on. It was like pleasantville and the twilight zone had a baby... speechless.

Don't forget the all important usage of "good" and "well". I write well, others write good. Like you said, individual interpretation. Etymology and word usage are both crucial in my life... it can be unnerving (spelling...) at times. So I was just wondering, are you a Virgo by chance? One more thing,... where do I apply? (Grammar Police.com?) Inquiring minds....

Are you freaking kidding me? Hey why don't you also post your picture for everyone and we can go ahead and judge your sex, race, weight, hair color, and clothes. Because that has as much to do with these posts as spelling.

While you're working on it, you might want to rephrase the above run-on sentence in this way:

I can understand what you're saying, and I agree with what you're saying. However, that's not why I'm here. If I thought good grammar and spelling could get me a job, I would care; but right now I just need opinions.

I would like to add my thoughts to your statement. Sloppy grammar, writing, and speaking does affect peoples' perception of you. Most won't say anything. They'll just blow you off, maybe even unconsciously.

I'd also like to add that being sloppy in following the rules of a language often indicates a general laziness and sloppiness in thinking. Sloppy thinking may indeed, impede your ability to find a job.

Great job! You really answered his original question and provided a lot of help. This is perfect. Your advise is amazing. You must be a professional counselor.

I'm fairly certain that last comma is misplaced.
