I know some electricians, and have not heard there is any lack of work for them. I will ask to see if they've experienced any slowdown.

There's still lots of building going on here, but if people are not moving to new places, many are choosing to stay where they are and build additions or remodel.

Smile Jobs In Columbus

Greetings,

I sure cant Thank you enough... We have worked in the Akron area at the mall. My hubby was the Superintendent at Cache's store, they built there. That has been about 2-3 yrs ago.

We are tired of traveling and working... Need to settle, our Son's are getting older now and there futures are to start.

I really love the Ohio area...... my ancestors came to Waverly, Ohio - last name Davis..

Have a Blessed day,
Sandy

As the owner of a service business, I have always had steady work. Outside factors rarely affect the economy of Columbus since most jobs are goverment or administrative in nature. If you are looking at starting a business here, I would suggest doing so in one of the more (business friendly) neighboring areas like Delaware, or Pataskala and traveling the short drive into town for work. I purchased a building for my business more than nine months ago. After being forced by the city to spend 150K on improvments, I have yet to move in. It seems the city is more interested in getting funding from permits than the thousands of dollars I would be paying each month in income, sales taxes, and other fees had I been open all this time. Otherwise it is a great city.
