Default Relocating to Columbus

My job location will be on the west side of Columbus near Lincoln Village. Can anyone suggest some areas that would make good places to live?

It depends on what you're looking for - we live in a newer home about 8 minutes west from Lincoln Village in Westpoint. It's a nice community in the Hilliard School district - less than 3 miles from the new high school - and has good freeway access. The Lincoln Village area itself has a large neighborhood full of 1950-60's homes that are nice as well. I'm not sure what school district they are in - either Southwestern of Columbus.

Dogham, it really does depend on what you consider "good." What makes a place good to you? Does it have to do with the schools, or the quality/size/age of the homes in the area? Walking to shopping, or driving in a quiet suburb? Or? We don't know yet what you want.

Lincoln Village has some quite affordable homes and some cute streets. How far away do you want to be from your job?

As a Realtor I always suggest, too, that people get pre-qualified if they're buying, since that determines the range of home choices they have. I can make some suggestions of excellent people to talk to about that if you'd like.

Welcome to town!
