I can't boot into Windows. It was running fine, then shut down and then the next day it would not start up. The boot sequence on the screen for normal booting shows boot normally within 25 seconds but after 25 seconds shows black screen I cann`t boot normally or safe mode

Read through this thread and try the suggestions. It worked for me. And it sounds like just what I experienced.

And yes my system has been running fine ever since I deleted that 0 byte .sys file.
