Are there programs that will allow me to convert my printed manuscript to audio? It is an orchestral score and I'd like to hear it reproduced with something that sounds like an authentic orchestra. I know of Sibelius & Finale but do they have capacity to scan the score into their database and then convert the printed notes to sound? Any helpful advice is truly appreciated.

With a quick search I was able to find Smartscore. Technically this is not that difficult since the staff is always useful as an alignment point.
