I got one on a brand new computer. what do i do? I have McAfee spywhere ad it won't get rid of it when i "sweep"

Agreed. By telling us whether it is a trojan or a virus and what it's name is will help. If it's a trojan, it is in your best interest to immediately disconnect the computer from the internet and if possible use other means (another computer or device) to get on the web to resolve the issue.

Seriously though you need an antivrus or antispyware program that is more robust than McAfee. If you said what kind of virus/trojan it was people could give you more specific instructions?
