I had avg but got a virus. I am careful and don't go to any weird sites. I am not sure if it was a fluke or what. With my new computer I am going to use a different one.

Before you do that: Read another thread called "Researching Antivirus..." here on C/D, go to number 9, and then read the article that NHDave posted there....................

A friend of mine just told me that last year she installed AVG, AVAST and Norton all at the same time and was amazed that her computer didn't work anymore
