Greetings!

I have noticed that when I am downloading a file that initially, I will be getting a good download speed of like 350kps. Then slowly bit, by bit, this speed begins to drop until I am down to 2 or 3 kps. I then must pause or stop the download and resume where it will then jump back up to good speeds and the whole process repeats itself.

It does this regardless of where I am or what computer I am on or what I am downloading, so I am thinking it isn't just me. LOL

Why does this happen? I'm just curious if anyone knows. Thanks

350 kps? that is really slow for a broadband download. Go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and post the results please...
