I can't attach groups of pics to emails using Hotmail (laptop, screen)

On my other (now defunct) laptop I could click on multiple pics and attach them all at once. This laptop, also XP, forces me to attach them one at a time. I save the pics from my camera like I always have. There's some setting or add-on I'm missing, I think. I downloaded Silverlight because it suggested that I could add pics more easily installed it, and refreshed the screen. No help.

Any ideas?

I am able to attach multiple pics in hotmail . I sure don't know what the problem is..... but :

Have you thought of opening a new hotmail account and seeing if that helps ?

Also hotmail has a question and answer forum where you get direct help within 24 hours or right then and there from readers. If you need more info on that, just let me know.

It's working now. I guess rebooting the laptop did something, although I accidentally found out it was working. Everything looks exactly the same as it has for the 2 years I've been doing this for work. Oh well. Gotta love computers!
