Comcast is a division of Time Warner, and yes, they offered me one, but the $10 is per month, plus taxes. I did buy the D-link Dir-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Wireless broadband for $69.99. I should receive it by this Tuesday.

sorry, but you are incorrect, Comcast is not a division of Time Warner. they are two completely different companies.
