In Vista the Autoplay settings are in Control Panel > Autoplay.

However, in XP, how do you get to Autoplay settings?

I found some articles and you usually have to tweak obscure things.
Some claim you can go to Windows Explorer and right click on each drive. I'm don't know if that's accurate.

My friend has XP and I noticed that when you add a USB camera or a card reader, nothing automatically appears. You have to navigate to the right drive in Windows Explorer. Is there a way to set that in XP??

Autoplay was disabled by a Windows update sometime ago as it's a security risk
