Everytime I try to watch a video on youtube or an online news report on my computer, it takes forever to load and when it finally loads, it will stop every minute or two and load again.

How do I fix this problem? Is there anything I can do?

As soon as it starting playing click pause and let it load completely. This will let you watch it without stopping.

It is stopping do to your bandwidth/speed of your internet which can be tested as the post above says.

Reasons for slow internet.
1. Lowest cost internet mostly means slowest.
2. Other people using your internet at the same time in your home or outside if you have an unsecured wifi/wireless.
3. Infected computer
