Something Weird. Graphics Card going bad? (desktop, mouse, Compaq, display)

Weird is when I'm in my Google Chrome browser I can use my mouse pointer up in the right or left corner of the page to retrieve pictures from my desktop by accident and I can see sometimes part of another closed page at bottom. This is making me think my Graphic card is going bad or is this a computer virus?

I have a Compaq computer that is five years old.

Update Chrome.

It's a Chrome bug. Occasionally the lower tenth or so of the display doesn't refresh properly. I used to have ths problem often, but after recent updates, I haven't noticed it much, if at all.
