Hmmm....Microsoft is claiming that Flash is legacy technology. Wow. They are now embracing HTML 5. Are they finally getting with the times?

Or perhaps this could be the boost RIM needs for their Playbook.

I know many of you love Flash, but it is outdated technology that is easily exploited. Aside from streamlining IE, this is a good move on Microsoft's part.

I don't get why people don't read articles and start threads like this. IE will continue to support flash... just not in the metro ui.

I think it's the lame stream media influence, post/report first, ask questions/get the facts later.
