I bought my first Mac (12" G4 iBook with OS X Panther) about four years ago to try it out and see what it was all about. A couple of months later I bought another same model iBook for my wife. While I still had a Windows XP tower, we found that as time went on we just didn't use it anymore.

So in June I upgraded both my wife and I to brand new 15" MacBook Pros running OS X Tiger and we got rid of our one and only Windows computer.

My wife now exclusively uses her Mac, while I have Windows XP loaded via Parallels which I only use to update my GPS unit (since I couldn't find a Mac compatible GPS). Other than that we have truly become a Mac household.

Has anyone else switched from a PC to Mac, or added a Mac to your household? What have your experiences been? Just wanted to hear from some other to see what their opinions are.
