US anti-hacking law turns computer users into criminals

Quote:
A commonly invoked anti-hacking law is so overbroad that it criminalizes conduct as innocuous as using a fake user name on Facebook or fibbing about your weight in a Match.com profile, one of the nation's most respected legal authorities has said.

Law or Bylaw (which is nothing more than a bologna law)? There are way too many bylaws as it is, which they should look into refining and even eliminating as it is making people lives more miserable not better.
Bylaws are typically created to benefits the authorities and organizations not individuals and citizens so hell with them and their stupid, one-way bylaws.
