I have a Sprint Wireless "Broadband" service using with the Merline wireless card. For the most part it's fine. I probably get around 70K-100K/s (maybe a little more), so while I'm mobile it's better than nothing. *But* I'd love to find a service that delivers better throughput. Over 300KB/s would be fantastic. I know this would mean a major metro and out in the burbs it may not be possible.

Is anyone getting that kind of speed on any other service (Verizon, ATT, etc.)? The funny thing is I hear that Sprint is probably the *fastest* (but that's the sprint advertising).

We have Verizon and the best we've done, regardless of where we are is just over 54K (just barely better than dial up). Liz

I have the Sprint card the other IT person I work with has the Verizon. Depending on where you are is where it will matter. But for the most part, the Verizon PC5750 cards have given us no trouble and are vista compatable. Verizon works well. Better then Sprint here in FL at least.
We have 14 of the PC5750 cards - no compliants, these 14 cards are all over the USA- Texas, SC, GA, IN etc etc.
