I don't have a clue how it happend,but my picture's that I import from my camera or huge now. They didn't used to be. Something has changed, probably by accident. (me)
My computer is a HP windows 7 and my camera is a Kodak easy share. I use irfan view for editing the ones that I put in files.
I used to not have to edit every picture after I import them to see them but now I do. I could use your help.Thanks

Unless you were previously resizing them on import, they've always been "huge". I have a 12 megapixel camera which produces images measuring 4638x2912 pixels. My screen is only 1680x1050. Viewing an image at full size means its bigger than the screen so only a portion of it will be visible without panning.
You can configure your camera to take lower resolution pictures if you know you'll only be using them for web/email and not printing or cropping them. There's also a useful program called Image Resizer that adds the ability to resize an image to the right click menu. See: Image Resizer for Windows
Well...They are so huge I have to start reducing them down one at a time so I can even tell what they are. I didn't used to have to do that.I used to just be able to view them and when I woud keep the one's I wanted I would resize if I wanted to post them on facebook or an email,etc.

I think I have checked or un- checked something by accident.I sure didn't mean to. I might have to call someone. I am sure it has something to do with the image size but I just don't know how to fix it. I need it fixed because I take pictures of my art I have for sale.

There is probably no difference between your new pictures and your old pictures. Even a 2mp image is going to be larger than what can be displayed on almost any monitor. Image programs usually by default scale them down to whatever the space is available.
What has probably changed is the default view on the program you are viewing them with which is?
Reducing resolution is the last thing I would do. Reducing quality of your images is never a good thing, it's a waste of your cameras abilities.
You got a great point there.
Didn't realize that would ultimately reduce the quality as well.
My pictures come in 'huge' too, (2048 x 1536 pixels) but I never considered it a problem.
