never used Fences before but from the looks of it, it might come in handy on my work computer. With Fences installed, only think would be missing is the "Beware of the Dog" sign.

I start with Ninite every time I load an OS (for myself or someone else). You select the items you want, download the installer, and walk away. Very handy tool for getting those 10-20 basic apps that everyone should have.
