The people on this thread certainly are aware of this, but to me it's a discovery.
I had progressive sluggish response on my laptop keyboard and it even eventually migrated to my mouse.
I found I would type a few words before they would actually appear on my screen. I had a new Asus computer with a terrabyte of memory, much more than I actually need.
I remember reading an article about Google installing key tracking software so I dropped it as my search engine and removed Google Chrome from my operating system and rebooted, and behold, the problem totally stopped.
I am amazed at the quick response that I am getting now and sorry for all the time I had to put up with the depressing situation.
There really oughta be a law to prevent strangers from loading their crappy software on your system without your being aware of it.
I just posted this because if I have the problem, others must, as well.
