Title is probably as descriptive as I can get. I'm looking around for a dual-bay 5.25" hot-swap rack, preferably with a fan, and am having a hell of a time finding one. Anyone know what I should be searching for? NewEgg doesn't really have a special category for this kind of thing as far as I can tell.

I'd like to use one with a tray if possible if it's easier to use 2.5" and 3.5" drives with the rack. The trayless one I have no requires me to screw in the 2.5" drive to a special mount, and it just isn't working out as I had hoped. It has to be able to accommodate two 3.5" drives for cloning. I'd prefer it have a fan if possible to cool the drives while operating, but I don't know if they make those or not.

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Hard Drives, HDD Accessories, swappable

Is as close as I can get to Newegg's listing for swappable drives. Not seeing a two bay, but there are a couple of four bay.

Here's a three bay unit from Chieftec. So Chieftec would be a search I'd do.

Actually, that's perfect. It's 3x3.5", but only 2x5.25", which is what I'm looking for. I figured it would be a one to one pairing of 5.25 to 3.5 bays, but I guess not.

Sorry, it just seemed easier than posting a ton of links and the verbiage to go along with them...

It's alright. I totally understand taking the easy way out. I'm hoping others on here had some luck either with ones they have, or just some general suggestions. Even your snarky LMGTFY post didn't give me too many results, Most of the "dual-bay" results are four 2x2.5" bays, which is why I'm having so many problems finding what I need.

Turns out, 2x5.25" hot-swap racks actually support 3x3.5" drives.

That had me confused. I didn't spend a lot of time investigating, but every time I read it I scratched my head. Glad you understood it.
