Flip ultra download to computer (email, screen, installed, how to)

Hello people, sure hope you can help. First off, I'm basically a software-driven computer user, with very little knowledge of Windows (Vista). So, here's my problem. I downloaded videos off of my Flip Ultra (installed Flipshare) to individual folders and saved them under Desktop. The folder called Items for Sale was created in order to post item pictures on Craigslist. How do I get them from that folder to Craigslist? Can the videos be converted to still photos? How? Many thanks for any help.

You probably will get help if you post on the computers site. Upper right on this screen, click on Search, type in computer, (help). Good luck..

Thanks, Louise50. Flip support stated that they did not support Craigslist downloads, so that idea didn't work very well. I think the Flip instructions tell me how to do it via email, and I'll go that route from now on.
