Other.. I use linix for most server duties (although I've got some of those running in Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V, some on VSphere, some standalone). My daily use machine (accounting, email, etc) is Gentoo Linux, various other flavors of unix and a few dozen Windows VM's for software testing. My primary day job has me writing windows software so that workstation is Win7.
I have multiple computers on a home network and I'm running Windows Home Premium and Ultimate, 7 64-bit on 3 of them, one with Windows XP, which I will retire soon, and one with Linux.
I just ordered the new mac book pro retina... My mavericks is not going to be here for a while. I could update my old macbook pro retina, but it's from last year and I don't see myself using it much longer.

You update each year? Might as well update the os though, it's free
I'm just trying it on the laptop for now, the desktop stays on ML until any bugs are worked out as that's for work. Battery life seems to have decreased a little, and it's messed up the graphics driver in autocad (though every update since snow leopard has done that.) I'm really annoyed they've disabled the 2d dock though, Its definitely my biggest complaint.
