Not sure what I did. I have an HP with windows 7. It would add a site to this area if I visted a lot which was great. Now it adds every site or search I visit. How can I stop it from doing this? I can go in and delete a tab, but don't want to keep doing it. Just want my favorites and nothing else.

And at this point I would be happy just turn the darn thing off. Anyone have ideas?

Is this with FireFox or Internet Explorer? So you are adding favorites?

Internet explorer. It just adds every page I visit to popular sites. Some tabs have layers of stuff. There is a delete browsing under tools and I can clear everything but it just starts adding everything again.
