TypeNow.net - A Free Fonts (http://www.typenow.net/a.htm - broken link)

Notice the drop down menu at the top right. There are a lot of fonts here and they are well depicted.

I've worked as a graphic artist for years. Fonts like the one you have would probably be listed in the grotesque category.
It could also be a normal font adjusted in photoshop.
